King Street Classics

For walking around, I swapped my sandals for my Superga sneakers. Top// Shorts (old, similar) // Sandals (Brooks Brothers Factory Store) // Monogram Necklace Purse (this year's version) // Scarf (similar) // Pearl Earrings // Sunglasses // Nail Color If you've been following along on Instagram, you would know I've been visiting Charleston the past few days. It was a fun family getaway as summer comes to an end. One of our favorite things to do while in Charleston is to walk around and look at all of the houses. I love how colorful and cheery the houses are and there are some of the most beautiful window boxes and gardens. I wore this outfit for a day of shopping on King Street and then down to the Battery where we walked through the cobblestone streets. I've been loving this white top because it matches any pair of shorts or pants and I love the fun touch the asymmetrical back adds. I paired it with one of my favorite pairs of shorts from Brooks Brothers last summer. The fun pattern and bright colors remind me of Lilly Pulitzer! This was the perfect lightweight outfit for walking around Charleston in the summer heat (even though it was pretty tricky navigating the cobblestone streets in sandals)!
